cPort (Safe Haven)

cPort Nautic Traffic Manager is a graphical based management system for harbours.

It is developed for the Seaport Authority of the city of Harlingen. Every vessel is displayed on scale on maps of the different parts of the harbour. Every map holds its own scale as well. This gives a accurate representation of the actual situation. 

A tooltip  providing extra information appears when the mouse cursor is above a ship.  

Ships can be dragged and dropped towards their wanted position. If a ship is inside the area of a defined quay it takes the preferred moor angle of that quay.

Expected ships have a different color. 

Every arrival, move and departure.

ATIS recognition enables easy identification of vessels.

Distances in the harbour can be measured.

Temporary obstacles can be named and dropped on the map.

A large number of reports and stats are defined.
